Fighting for my benefits
I used lawyers when I applied for social security disability because I heard how difficult it was & it took almost 2 years to finish my case but after the hearing with the judge, it was apparent the social security dept didn't even have their info correct because the judge ordered a cardiologist to review my records & asked for additional time & then ruled in my favor because it's my heart condition POTS, which is postural orthostatic tachycardia syndrome that makes me disabled and unable to work as a nurse now, or anything else for that matter since I can't stand longer then 10mins and am too fatigued to function most days.
Now, it's time for my 1 year review and I filled out the forms they sent me saying nothing has changed and they sent an additional exertion questionnaire so I filled that out, with the same info ๐ and now they want me to go see their internist doctor and a mental health doctor wtf? my disability is a heart issue, so send me to a cardiologist if you want to verify it ๐คท♀️ and it has nothing to do with mental issues & I have a dr for that, my adhd, that I've been seeing for 10 years, get his report, whats going on here?? This doesn't make any sense and I'm already contacting my lawyer before these appointments happen. I've been through so much as it is just fighting to get the care I needed and now to have to fight to keep the benefits the judge already gave me, this is unacceptable and I'm not letting them take anything from me. Just like I expected by jan 2023 they denied my renewal, staing Im well enough to work according to them, so now I have requested another hearing so I can prove once again Why I cannot work, omfg, this is ridiculous!!
